What Is Parallax Scrolling Effect?
Parallax scrolling is a stunning scroll effect that makes an element scroll at a different speed than the page scroll.
These effects can be viewed on mobile devices too. The plugin allows to adjust settings to set whether parallax effects or videos will be seen on mobile devices and in certain browsers.
