WagglyHub was founded to become the trusted pet care ecosystem for Europe.
The challenge was
No dedicated pan-EU platform connecting pet owners with verified local care professionals
Independent providers lacked tools to manage availability, bookings, and payments across borders
Animal shelters had no unified digital channel to promote animals and track adoption interest
Project-based collaboration
Multi-sided marketplace built from scratch — three distinct user types with separate flows
Commission-based payment model with Stripe Connect and integrated Yotpo loyalty redemption

Built a full multi-sided marketplace on Bubble.io with role-based access for owners, providers, shelters, and admins — featuring a search-first experience with real-time filtering by service, location, pet type, dates, and language, Stripe Connect for commission-split payments, Yotpo for loyalty point redemption, and Usercentrics for GDPR-compliant consent management.
